Penelope Cheroff, President and founder of The Cheroff Group,

25 years of experience, specializing in the retail and restaurant
industries. Penelope has an extensive background in operations,
having worked for many years as owner/manager of both restaurants
and retail clothing stores. This hands-on experience has
