The Cheroff Group, representing Metrotainment Cafes, successfully negotiated a lease with local landlord, Coro Realty Advisors, for the former Artistry building at 942 Peachtree Street for Midtown’s first Hudson Grille, an Upscale American Sports Bar serving great food and featuring full bars. Metrotainment is expected to open their flagship Midtown location in late 2009 or early 2010.
