The Cheroff Group is an Atlanta-based commercial real estate brokerage specializing in restaurant and retail. Founded in 1996, we’ve helped restaurateurs, retailers, landlords, and developers find the right locations, maximize property value, and grow across Atlanta and the Southeast.

The Cheroff Group was founded by Penelope Cheroff as an Atlanta brokerage and consulting firm, specializing in restaurant and retail real estate.
Penelope is a commercial real estate broker and consultant with over 25 years of experience in retail and restaurant real estate. Penelope is a founding member, as well as a board member, of the Restaurant and Real Estate Connection (RARE Connection).
Ms. Cheroff also supports her community and the City, having served on the Piedmont Park Conservancy (as a board member), Atlanta's NPU-E and Midtown Atlanta’s DRC.
