Advise on evaluation and selection of potential tenants and purchasers: to include evaluation of each prospect with respect to concept and historical performance.
Evaluation of tenant qualifications and proposals.
Supervision of marketing and leasing including: Procuring offers, negotiating economic terms and letters of intent, providing input and coordinating the negotiation and finalization of tenant leases and purchase contracts.
Technical assistance in preparation and evaluation of retail lease contracts, management contracts, operator selection, as well as contract negotiation.
Assistance in the acquisition and/or disposition of food-service facilities.
